Revolutionising wound care withcold plasma and electrostimulation

PLASOMA uniquely combines cold plasma and mild electrostimulation to activate the body’s natural healing process deep within the wound tissue. This cold plasma device delivers plasma directly into the wound bed, allowing greater effectiveness and faster healing, even in hard-to-reach wounds.

The pad

A flexible cold plasma pad is placed over the wound and connected to the pulser, delivering plasma precisely to the target area. This closed, ozone-safe setup ensures consistent plasma distribution for effective wound healing.

The Plasoma Pulser

The pulser

The PLASOMA pulser is an intelligent medical plasma device that sends a controlled electric current to the pad to generate plasma and with embedded automatic safety controls for reliable operation. Treatment progress can be monitored via the display.

This system enables hands free plasma therapy, clinic ready, portable, and suitable for home use.

PLASOMA empowers medical professionals to deliver their best possible care through advanced wound healing technology.

How the treatment works

Underneath the cold plasma pad, plasma is created directly in the wound. The pad is connected to the pulser that sends energy to the pad to generate plasma. The treatment starts with one press of the button and lasts for two minutes. Once finished, the pad is removed and disposed. The procedure is repeated over a series of weeks until the wound is healed.

PLASOMA treatment is used alongside standard wound care. It is simple, safe and easy to integrate into existing wound treatment routines, both in clinics and home care — providing an effective, non-invasive wound care solution.

How it supports healing

By combining cold plasma with a controlled electric current and electric field, PLASOMA is designed to stimulate the body’s own repair mechanisms also deep within the wound tissue. Reactive plasma species and a mild electric field can work in synergy to disrupt disrupt biofilm, kill bacteria, activate cells involved in tissue repair and improve microcirculation.

Together, these effects can help wounds close faster and with a reduced risk of infection — even in cases where previous treatments have failed to achieve progress.

This cold plasma therapy supports the wound healing process.
